Do not leave your vehicle here. They took almost 2 days on an ac evaluation. They never updated me I had to be the one to consistently reach out to check on the status. When I picked up the vehicle they didn’t explain where my leak was coming from even tho they said they ran all the tests. Took 30 min just to check out. I would never come back for any kind of service.

I scheduled an appointment for 8:00 a.m. for an A/C recharge and waited nearly two hours without my vehicle being serviced. What is the point of making an appointment if the scheduled time is not going to be honored? The location appeared understaffed, with only one employee checking customers in. The check-in process took approximately 45 minutes for some customers. There were also signs posted saying the store is “getting better,” but hiring enough staff to properly assist customers would be a good place to start. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I will not return to this Pep Boys location, and I would not recommend it to my family or friends. I left i would not trust them with my vehicle! Just waste my time should of went to a better place.... any recommendations for a AC recharge?

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! I was here for 3-1/2 hours to get two tires mounted and balanced with an appointment. Was told it would take 30-45 minutes And they couldn’t even balance the tires. I later noticed my very nice aftermarket rim scratched up in multiple places. The tires had never been off since I put them on new except when they took them off so I wouldve notice a new scratch like that. Not even a scratch I’d say a gauge, multiple. Not only that my hub cap that they took off and put back on “properly” flew off the next day. They refused to acknowledge the damage and were rude and disrespectful. Don’t come here unless you want your vehicle damaged. Currently working with corporate to try and get compensation but I doubt that goes anywhere.

This location has amazing customer service! They were knowledgable about their services and had me fixed and ready to go in a timely fashion. I'm definitely going to be coming to this location for any problems i may have in the future.

I was able to get an appointment online for a sunday the day before. Brandon was very helpful and reassuring and went above and beyond for customer service. Got my rear brakes replaced and rotors serviced, and my rear wiper replaced. The quote and what I ended up paying saved me at least $100 compared to the dealer and I was able to stack that with a $50 off coupon. The location is very basic, but I will definitely be coming back.
